Meet the team
The people who will know your child by name
Buildings do not look after children. People do. Every one of ours is fully qualified, DBS checked and paediatric first aid trained, and two of the team are specialist teachers in national early years programmes.

Louise
Early Years Practitioner
Level 4 NVQ
Specialist teacher delivering Early Talk Boost
With over 20 years of experience working within the EYFS, and holding a Level 4 NVQ, I am passionate about supporting children on their early years journey. Seeing them grow, learn and gain confidence is such an amazing feeling. My daughter made some amazing friendships whilst at preschool, so as a mum I understand how important these first years are for your child, and also for you as a parent.

Lisa
Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 qualified
Specialist teacher delivering Early Talk Boost
I am a caring, patient and passionate preschool educator who loves creating a safe, happy and welcoming environment for children. I enjoy watching little minds grow, helping children build confidence and celebrating all their special milestones. I feel very lucky to be part of their early learning journey and to make each day full of fun, kindness and learning. And did you know? I am also a qualified massage therapist.

Toni
Early Years Practitioner
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
Specialist teacher delivering the Maths Champions programme
I have over 20 years of experience working in the childcare sector, with the majority of my career spent in early years settings. I am passionate about supporting young children as they learn, grow and develop, and I thoroughly enjoy being part of their early years journey within our preschool. As a mum to a son who still fondly remembers his time at nursery, I understand just how special and lasting these early experiences can be. My aim is for every child who comes through our preschool to create their own happy memories, build a strong foundation for their future and look back on their early years with the same warmth and fondness.

Sue
Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 NVQ in early years childcare
I chose this career whilst I saw my two daughters through primary school. 23 years later I am still here and would not change it for the world! Being passionate about how our children develop, have fun and especially laugh, which in turn makes me laugh, makes each day special. For this I am very lucky to be part of their journey.

Nicole
Early Years Practitioner
Level 3 NVQ in Childcare
Specialist teacher delivering the Maths Champions programme
With 15 years in early years education and a Level 3 NVQ in Childcare, I am passionate about helping young children learn, grow and thrive. As a proud mum to three daughters, I bring plenty of real-life patience, care and understanding to our preschool family every day!

Checks and training
Qualifications and checks
Every member of our team holds an enhanced DBS check, which means their background has been checked by the government's Disclosure and Barring Service before they ever set foot in the room. Every member holds current paediatric first aid training, so the person comforting your child after a bumped knee also knows exactly what to do in a real emergency. Safeguarding training is refreshed every 2 years, led by Sherri Revell as designated safeguarding lead.
Beyond the essentials, Louise and Lisa are specialist teachers in Early Talk Boost, a national programme that helps young children find their words, and Toni and Nicole deliver the Maths Champions programme. Donna, our deputy, is also our SEND coordinator.
